About The Sister Project

The Sister Project was formed by three sisters who were raised on a farm in Ozark County, Missouri in a family with extremely limited financial resources. Some might call this poverty. However, the sisters were fortunate to be raised by parents who emphasized old-fashioned hard work and the critical nature of a good education as the pathway to success. Their childhood was one of freedom within a framework, which strongly influences their views on business, personal responsibility and community engagement. Naomi is a CPA and partner in her regional accounting firm, Rebecca is an Information Technology specialist with a strong project management background, and Crystal has a management background with a recent decade in license office contracting and non-profit management. We are delighted to work together and, in some small way, create a better world for those we touch.

The Sister Project will build our team members up, not use them up. Our operation provides opportunity for education and empowerment, along with our blessing to grow beyond existing roles in the organization in a high accountability, reward-oriented environment. We assist our associates in developing for careers not jobs by creating functional interdisciplinary teams and encouraging personal development.
